Flamenco! Live!

Flamenco! Live! presents special guests dancer Carola Zertuche, artistic director of Theatre Flamenco in San Francisco; singer Azriel "El Moreno"; and guitarist Alfredo Cáceres from Los Angeles.
Admission costs $15 for the show, with food and drink available for purchase. Advance reservations strongly recommended, as the venue is small. Doors open for dinner at 5 p.m. for the first show, which begins at 6 p.m.; for the second show, doors open at 7:15 p.m., with the performance beginning at 8 p.m.

Join narrators Eliot Fintushel and Francisco Gaona and guitarist Mark Taylor for this unique evening of music and poetry. The ballads of Lorca were composed to be heard more than to be read; In this program, each ballad will be interpreted by a musical composition, followed by a dramatic interpretation in English and by a recitation in Spanish accompanied by the guitar.

Flamenco Sunday is an opportunity to practice dancing, singing and playing flamenco in an informal fiesta environment. Flamenco lovers of all levels and stages are welcome to join -- dancers, guitarists, singers.
